I’m a Perinatal Counsellor, mother, and admirer of all things art and design. I live in Sydney with my husband and our two children.

Becoming a mother in 2019 reshaped both my personal and professional life, leading me to change careers in order to support women through the complex emotional landscape of fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood.

Following my own experience of a traumatic first birth, recurrent pregnancy loss, secondary infertility, and IVF, I retrained as a counsellor through The Institute of Applied Psychology. This journey now informs my therapeutic approach, allowing me to bring both clinical expertise and a depth of personal experience to my work.

I specialise in helping people who are experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss and the wide range of emotional challenges that can arise before, during and after pregnancy. I welcome all people including non-binary and gender non-conforming people.
Having walked my own path through trauma, loss, and uncertainty, I hold a deep respect for the vulnerability and courage involved in this work.
